Rustguard Bullets® Our exclusive Rustguard® corrosion resistant coating provides maximum protection against rust and corrosion.They feature a self-drilling Type-17 point to eliminate splitting in most types of wood and man-made decking materials and self-countersinkingnibs for a faster finished look. Rustguard® is a dull gray color that blends with most pressure treated lumber and many composite decking materials.It also helps prevent unsightly stains and streaks on decking boards. It has been successfully tested to exceed a 1800 hour salt spray test(ASTM B117) and achieve 30 Kesternich cycles (DIN 50018). Made of case hardened 1018-1022 steel they offer exceptional strength andunequaled holding power. Our Phillips® Drive Rustguard®Decking Bullets® feature a deep recess that is virtually unaffected by the heavy-dutycoating we use thus providing optimum driving torque between driver bit and fastener. Our Rustguard® Decking Bullets® are far superior to nails as they eliminate wood splitting, nail head pops and hammer marks. Rustguard® Decking Bullets® are great for decking,siding, outdoor furniture, spas and other exterior structures. Available in #6, #7, #8 and #10 diameters in lengths 3/4” to 6”.
