FREIGHT

All freight charges are pre-paid to one destination in the continental United States on orders meeting predetermined order amounts. Pre-paid freight is calculated by geographic shipping location and is based on an average $1000.00 minimum order. On all pre-paid freight orders Sure Drive USA® reserves the right to use our carrier of choice. Certain areas may be serviced by our own delivery trucks depending on geographic location.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Our minimum order for packaged product is $300.00. For Bulk 1/4 Keg shipments our minimum order is $500.00. Minimum order amounts based on current Sure Drive USA® pricing.

PAYMENT TERMS

Sure Drive USA®’s standard payment terms are NET 30 Days from date of invoice payable in U.S. funds. If purchases are deemed uncollectible then all applicable charges including finance charges, attorney fees, court costs and collection fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Accounts with outstanding invoices over 60 days will be placed on C.O.D.

RETURNS

Product returned for credit will be accepted under the following terms and conditions:
a. Product must have been purchased in the past 90 days.
b. Prior to returning any product a R.G.A. (Returned Goods Authorization) must be received from a Sure Drive USA® customer service representative.
c. All transportation or freight charges must be paid by the purchaser unless authorized by a Sure Drive USA® customer service representative.
d. All returns are subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee.
e. Product received by Sure Drive USA® without prior approval or R.G.A. number is subject to be returned freight collect to the original purchaser.
f. All returned products must be in good saleable condition.

BACK ORDERS

Sure Drive USA® boasts a 99% order fill ratio on products listed in this catalog. In the unlikely event of a back order, the back order will be shipped as soon as possible at the original invoiced price. Any back order more that 90 days old will be automatically cancelled.

PRIVATE LABEL PACKAGING - FREE!

Sure Drive USA® offers private label packaging for the majority of its products. A mock up label design will be submitted to the customer for approval prior to accepting the order. The customer is required to proof and verify the information on the label, sign it, date it and return it via fax or express delivery. In the event a customer approves a custom label with incorrect information the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred in correcting the printed labels including plate charges, replacement label costs and express delivery charges. MINIMUM INITIAL ORDER AMOUNT MAY APPLY.

WARRANTY

Sure Drive USA® stands behind all the products we sell. Any product which we determine to be defective in material or workmanship will be replaced within sixty (60) days of original purchase. Sure Drive USA® shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the use of, misuse of, negligence, accident or inability to use any Sure Drive USA® product. All test data and recommendations are based on independent laboratory tests. Sure Drive USA® make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purposes or any warranty expressed or implied. Sure Drive USA®’s liability is limited to the cost of the defective product only. No other warranty is implied unless otherwise noted for a specific product. Because applications vary as well as installation procedures, environmental conditions and other factors, the end user is solely responsible for determining the proper fastener for their applications as our recommendations are only guidelines for general construction.
